Catalyst Consulting, a nationally recoganized medical practice consulting firm, is proud to announce the launch of a training program for medical specialty practices.


Specialty practices depend on referrals from many providers. Building those relationships through Strategic Relationship Marketing means authentic, face-to-face outreach that feels valuable to the referring practice. Today, these outreach skills are harder to develop because of technology dependence, time and staffing limits, and little available training.


Relationship Marketing 101 and Building Your Referral Roadmap is an afternoon training session broken into two parts. Staff can spend an afternoon learning the basics of why this essential initiative is key to long-term success, and then drill down into how to build a roadmap they can implement following the course.
